Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Daikon Radish
  • 1 Sliced Ginger
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Ground White Pepper
  • 1 Chopped Scallions
  • ¼ tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice the daikon's radish into thick, bite-sized pieces. Put all the ingredients in the pot filled with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Cover the pot and let it boil on medium heat. Let it cook for about 20 minutes and check whether the daikon radish is tender or not. Keep stirring occasionally.
  • Once they are tender, remove them from heat and drain the water. Garnish with some chopped scallion and a little sesame oil. Toss it well and serve!
