This new Mexican red chile sauce is the perfect condiment for all of your Mexican dishes. Made with just 5 ingredients, it's as simple as it is delicious! It has rich and earthy flavors, and with absolutely zero fat, very little salt, and plenty of Vitamin C, it's good for you too.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 8 oz. Tomato
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 8 Dried Red Chili
  • ½ teaspoon Mexican Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take the chilis and roast them for 10 minutes in a skillet until the skins are thoroughly blackened.
  • Now remove all the seeds and the stems from the chilis.
  • Put the chilis with all the ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth paste of thick consistency.
  • Add salt and vinegar according to your taste. Salt and vinegar will act as preservatives.
  • In a glass jar, store the sauce and rest so the flavour gets blended well.
  • Your sauce is ready! You can store it in the refrigerator for a month.
