Red Chile Sauce Recipe
This new Mexican red chile sauce is the perfect condiment for all of your Mexican dishes. Made with just 5 ingredients, it's as simple as it is delicious! It has rich and earthy flavors, and with absolutely zero fat, very little salt, and plenty of Vitamin C, it's good for you too.

2 tablespoon Sesame Oil ½ cup Rice Vinegar 8 oz. Tomato 5 Garlic Cloves 8 Dried Red Chili ½ teaspoon Mexican Oregano ½ teaspoon Cumin ½ teaspoon Salt
Take the chilis and roast them for 10 minutes in a skillet until the skins are thoroughly blackened.
Now remove all the seeds and the stems from the chilis.
Put the chilis with all the ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth paste of thick consistency.
Add salt and vinegar according to your taste. Salt and vinegar will act as preservatives.
In a glass jar, store the sauce and rest so the flavour gets blended well.
Your sauce is ready! You can store it in the refrigerator for a month.
