2 cups Polenta 1 stick Butter (melted) 4 ounces Parmesan Cheese (grated) ½ cup Ricotta Cheese (grated) ½ cup Olive Oil 28 ounces Tomatoes (peeled and chopped) 6 links Italian Sausages (chopped) 3 Bell Peppers 1 tsp Red Peppers 1 Onion (chopped) 3 cloves Garlic (chopped) 1 sprig Fresh Basil Leaves
Start by chopping chopping sausages, tomatoes, peppers, and onion into chunks.
Mince garlic and shred parmesan cheese.
Take a pot, fill it with water and place it on low heat. Add the polenta to it.
Stir it occasionally and add melted butter, shredded parmesan and olive oil to it. Cook all of this for about 45 minutes.
Now, add chopped sausages, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and red pepper to another large pot.
Add minced garlic and cook it on low heat for 30 minutes.
Serve this sauce over the cooked polenta and garnish with some ricotta and basil leaves.
