Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Black-Eyed Peas
  • 1 cans Black Beans
  • 1 ½ Cups Corn Kernels
  • 1 ½ Cups Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 ½ Cups Orange Bell Pepper
  • ¾ Cups Chopped Red Onions
  • ½ Cups Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 1 Avocado

For Dressing

  • Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Garlic Clove
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss in the black-eyed peas, corn, black beans, bell pepper, tomatoes, cilantro, onion and jalapeno. Add avocado in the end so, it doesn't turn bad.
  • Now, take a cup and add all the dressing ingredients. Mix them well and drizzle them over the bowl.
  • Season it with salt and pepper. Then, keep it still for about 21 minutes, so it marinates. Then, serve.
