  • 3 chunks Sourdough Bread
  • 2 boiled Eggs
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 25 g Cultured Butter
  • 2 Pickled Onions
  • 1 Pickled Pear
  • 100 g Cloth-Bound Cheddar
  • 1 Radish
  • A tinge Mustard
  • Cider
  • Salt and Pepper

  • Lay out and arrange all the ingredients on a simple plate. Then, season it with salt, pepper and at last pour as much cider you wish to put on it. Then, serve it.
