Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Tomato Ketchup
  • ½ tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 unit Onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup Carrot (chopped)
  • 1 unit Green Capsicum
  • 2 tablespoons Cabbage (chopped)
  • ½ cup Beans (chopped)
  • 1 plate Crispy Fried Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Corn Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a preheated pan add one tablespoon oil and heat it. Add chopped onion, beans, carrot, and capsicum to it.
  • Fry them on a high flame for a while in order to keep them half cooked.
  • Now add salt and tomato ketchup. Mix it and cook for another minute.
  • Add red chili sauce and sugar to it. Mix it thoroughly and cook for another minute.
  • Side by side take some water in a cup and add two tablespoon corn flour in it.
  • Mix it well and add it to the above-cooked mixture.
  • Turn the flame to medium and keep stirring it until gravy gives out a thick texture.
  • Add vinegar and cabbage to it, cook it for another minute.
  • Now take crispy fried noodles on a plate and pour the above-cooked gravy on it.
