Take sole fish and cut it in large pieces.
Add them to a bowl and add 1 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp paprika powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp mustard powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic powder, 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp corn flour and ½ tsp red pepper sauce.
Mix it all and leave for 30 minutes.
Take a preheated grill pan and apply olive oil to it.
Now add marinated fish pieces to it.
Roast it from both the sides at a medium flame.
When brown in color place it on a plate.
In a preheated pan add 1 tsp olive oil.
Add chopped onion and capsicum to it and cook it till crunchy. Turn off the flame.
In a bowl take ½ cup water, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, and 2 tsp corn flour.
Mix it all.
Put this in the pan of crunchy veggies.
Now add 1 tsp lemon juice and ¼ tsp sugar to it.
Mix thoroughly and cook for a while till thick texture.
Lemon sauce is ready.
Now pour the lemon sauce on the grilled, roasted fish and serve hot.
