Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 3 drops Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 1 can Tomatoes (diced)
  • 10 ounces Green Chiles
  • 1 can Ripe Olives (drained and sliced)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 8 inches Flour Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Take a heavy-duty aluminum foil and cut strips of 20×3 inch out of it. Criss-cross the strips so that they resemble the spokes of a wheel.
  • Place them on the bottom of a 5 liter slow cooker and bend the sides of the strips upwards. Coat the strips with a cooking spray.
  • Now, take a large skillet and cook onions and beef in it over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the residue.
  • Once it is done, add beans, tomatoes, olives, chili powder, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Scoop out 1 to 2 cups of this prepared mixture to the slow cooker.
  • Top it with one tortilla and ¼ cup of cheese. Repeat this step till you make 3 layers.
  • Cover and cook this on low flame for 4 hours.
  • Remove the tortilla stack to the platter using foil strips as a handle and serve hot.
