1 pound Ground Beef 1 can Black Beans (rinsed and drained) 3 drops Hot Pepper Sauce 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 1 small Onion (chopped) 1 can Tomatoes (diced) 10 ounces Green Chiles 1 can Ripe Olives (drained and sliced) 1 ½ teaspoons Chili Powder ½ teaspoon Salt ⅛ teaspoon Pepper 4 8 inches Flour Tortillas
Take a heavy-duty aluminum foil and cut strips of 20×3 inch out of it. Criss-cross the strips so that they resemble the spokes of a wheel.
Place them on the bottom of a 5 liter slow cooker and bend the sides of the strips upwards. Coat the strips with a cooking spray.
Now, take a large skillet and cook onions and beef in it over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the residue.
Once it is done, add beans, tomatoes, olives, chili powder, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper.
Scoop out 1 to 2 cups of this prepared mixture to the slow cooker.
Top it with one tortilla and ¼ cup of cheese. Repeat this step till you make 3 layers.
Cover and cook this on low flame for 4 hours.
Remove the tortilla stack to the platter using foil strips as a handle and serve hot.
