When it comes to comfort food it is hard to beat a pie, this classic meat pie takes a while but it is a glorious simple slice of old fashioned cooking. This homely treat is wrapped in homemade short crust pastry top and bottom and it is delicious!

1 cup Potato (Mashed) 1 cup Onion (Chopped) 1 pound Beef (Chopped) ½ pound Pork (Chopped) ½ cup Garlic (Chopped) ½ cup Mustard Powder 1 tablespoon Black Pepper 1 tablespoon Salt 1 cup Water
Preheat oven at 230 degrees C.
Add the potato in a pot with water and boil and cook for about 10 mins until tender.
Drain them and mash them properly.
In a saucepan, add chopped pork, beef, onion, garlic, and pour water and mix everything properly.
Sprinkle mustard powder, salt and black pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring the meat, and mix in the spices.
Remove it from the heat and mix it in mashed potato.
Now fill the meat mixture in pie crust and top with the other pie crust.
Now bake it for 30 minutes until the crust is crispy and brown.
