Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts (boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Salsa
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cube Cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 cup Brown Rice
  • 1 cup Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 leave Lettuce
  • 1 Bell Peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in a mixture of lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and olive oil for eight hours in the refrigerator.
  • Grill the marinated chicken over medium-high heat until it is cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, the chicken is cooked, chopped vegetables, and cooked rice.
  • Assemble your bowl by starting with a rice base, then adding the grilled chicken, vegetables, grated cheese, lettuce, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
