For The Filling 1½ kgs Mixed Apples 150 grams Golden Caster Sugar 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest For The Crumble 100 grams Plain Flour 50 grams Unsalted Butter (cold) 50 grams Caster Sugar
In a saucepan, add 150 grams of sugar.
