1 large Salmon Fillet ½ cup Dark Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons Runny Honey 4 Spring Onions 2 Limes 1 small Ginger 4 cloves Garlic 1 bunch Coriander 2 sticks Lemongrass 1 bunch Dill 2 Red Chilies
First, preheat your grill to the maximum.
Prepare your salmon filets by giving them a good wash and patting them dry with a paper towel.
Mince lemongrass, finely slice the coriander leaves, peel, and grate the ginger and garlic.
Mix minced lemongrass, sliced coriander stalks, grated ginger, and garlic with the soy sauce in a bowl.
Rub the sauce mixture all over the washed salmon filet.
Leave it to marinate on a plate covered with cling film for an hour.
Take the marinade out of the fridge, brush it with the honey and grill for 10 minutes.
De-seed the chilies and finely slice the spring onions.
Make holes in cooked salmon with a fork to ensure that the salmon is cooked.
Sprinkle the de-seeded chilies and spring onions.
Half the lemon and squeeze the juice over the salmon. Finally, top it off with some fresh dill.
