Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Salmon Fillet
  • ½ cup Dark Soy Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Runny Honey
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 small Ginger
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 2 sticks Lemongrass
  • 1 bunch Dill
  • 2 Red Chilies

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your grill to the maximum.
  • Prepare your salmon filets by giving them a good wash and patting them dry with a paper towel.
  • Mince lemongrass, finely slice the coriander leaves, peel, and grate the ginger and garlic.
  • Mix minced lemongrass, sliced coriander stalks, grated ginger, and garlic with the soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Rub the sauce mixture all over the washed salmon filet.
  • Leave it to marinate on a plate covered with cling film for an hour.
  • Take the marinade out of the fridge, brush it with the honey and grill for 10 minutes.
  • De-seed the chilies and finely slice the spring onions.
  • Make holes in cooked salmon with a fork to ensure that the salmon is cooked.
  • Sprinkle the de-seeded chilies and spring onions.
  • Half the lemon and squeeze the juice over the salmon. Finally, top it off with some fresh dill.
