Ingredients
  

For The Fudge :

  • 2 1/2 cups White Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate
  • 1.14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Red Food Color

For The Frosting :

  • 2 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups White Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Line the pan with parchment paper and keep aside.
  • In a large, microwave-safe bowl, add in the white chocolate, milk chocolate and lastly, the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, and make sure you mix everything up at these intervals.
  • Once everything is melted, add the red food coloring and give it a mix. Transfer to the pan lined with parchment and refrigerate.
  • In a separate microwave-safe bowl, add the rest of the white chocolate chips and melt, yet again at 30-second intervals.
  • Add in the softened cream cheese in the melted white chocolate and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour this frosting over the red velvet fudge and refrigerate for a little while.
  • Slice and serve!
