For The Fudge : 2 1/2 cups White Chocolate 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate 1.14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 teaspoons Red Food Color For The Frosting : 2 oz. Cream Cheese 1 1/2 cups White Chocolate
Line the pan with parchment paper and keep aside.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, add in the white chocolate, milk chocolate and lastly, the sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, and make sure you mix everything up at these intervals.
Once everything is melted, add the red food coloring and give it a mix. Transfer to the pan lined with parchment and refrigerate.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, add the rest of the white chocolate chips and melt, yet again at 30-second intervals.
Add in the softened cream cheese in the melted white chocolate and whisk until smooth.
Pour this frosting over the red velvet fudge and refrigerate for a little while.
Slice and serve!
