Ingredients
  

BARS

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup Cranberries
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

FROSTING AND TOPPING

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • cups Powdered Sugar
  • cup Cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 2 squares  Baking Chocolate or Almond Bark, melted
  • ½ teaspoon Orange Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Set the oven for pre-heating at 350 degrees F. Line a 15×10 or 13×9 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, add brown sugar and melted butter. Beat them over medium speed with an electric mixer.
  • Add eggs, orange extract, and vanilla extract, and beat the ingredients to combine well.
  • Add baking powder, ground ginger, salt, and flour, and beat to combine them. Be careful not to overmix the ingredients.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries by hand. Spread the batter into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Bake the batter in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until set. The edges will start to look golden brown.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and place it to cool on a wire rack before topping it with frosting.

FROSTING AND TOPPING

  • To make the frosting, add cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  • Beat them with an electric mixer until the mixture looks smooth and creamy.
  • Add orange extract and vanilla extract and mix well. Top cooled bars with frosting.
  • Sprinkle the whole bar with chopped cranberries and drizzle white chocolate over the top using a fork.
  • Place the bar in the refrigerator to set the frosting and white chocolate drizzle.
  • Slice the big bar into smaller pieces in square or triangular pieces.
  • Your Starbucks cranberry bliss bar is ready to be devoured!
