- ½ cup Coarse Ground Coffee
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 ½ cups Water
- 2-3 tablespoons Honey
- ½ teaspoon Peppermint Extract
Start by brewing your coffee. We recommend using two tablespoons of coarse-ground coffee for every 6 ounces of cold water.
Use a standard drip coffee maker, and brew your coffee in the "strong" setting. Steep the coffee overnight into the refrigerator.
The following day, strain the coffee and discard the ground. Pour the coffee into a mason jar, and stir in the sweetener and peppermint extract.
Add Milk or cream until you reach your desired consistency. Serve over ice, and enjoy!
