Bring the 2 cups of water, 5 cinnamon sticks, 1 ½ cups of granulated sugar, and ½ cup brown sugar to boil. Now, let the syrup simmer for about 25 mins.
Meanwhile, prepare your regular espresso.
Cool the cinnamon syrup for 30 mins and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
In another saucepan, warm some milk.
Now, in a glass, pour 1 tablespoon of cinnamon syrup and add 2 shots of espresso. Mix them well.
Add 1 cup of warm milk into the mixture and some frothed milk on top.
Scoop some whipped cream and add to the top of your latte.
