Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ ounce Vanilla Flavored Vodka
  • 1 ½ ounce Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 ½ ounce Pumpkin Flavored Liqueur
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ cup Caster Sugar
  • Whipped Cream (for garnishing)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the caster sugar and two tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice on a shallow plate.
  • Run along the martini glass's rim with pumpkin syrup, turn the glass upside down and dip the edge into the sugar mixture. Shake off the excess sugar.
  • Freeze the glass for 30 minutes to get a nice frost.
  • Add vodka, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, Irish cream liqueur, and pumpkin-flavored liqueur with ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake well for about 30 seconds and strain the prepared cocktail into the chilled and prepared martini glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
