1 ½ ounce Vanilla Flavored Vodka 1 ½ ounce Irish Cream Liqueur 1 ½ ounce Pumpkin Flavored Liqueur 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Syrup 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract 1 cup Ice Cubes 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice ½ cup Caster Sugar Whipped Cream (for garnishing)
Mix the caster sugar and two tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice on a shallow plate.
Run along the martini glass's rim with pumpkin syrup, turn the glass upside down and dip the edge into the sugar mixture. Shake off the excess sugar.
Freeze the glass for 30 minutes to get a nice frost.
Add vodka, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, Irish cream liqueur, and pumpkin-flavored liqueur with ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well for about 30 seconds and strain the prepared cocktail into the chilled and prepared martini glass.
Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
