750 ml Rose Wine 2½ oz Lemon Juice 1½ cup Water 8 oz Strawberries ½ sugar Sugar
Pour rose wine into the baking pan and freeze until solidified for six hours.
Bring sugar and water to a boil in the saucepan. Stir in well until the sugar is dissolved.
Add strawberries to the saucepan.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it sit for half an hour until the syrup is infused with the flavors of strawberry.
Stain the syrup through a sieve in a small bowl.
Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.
In a blender, combine rose wine, lime juice, strawberry syrup, and crushed ice into the blender.
Transfer the mixture to the jar and freeze it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.
Blend the rose again into the blender and serve in the cocktail glasses.
Frose is ready.
