  • Bar Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • oz. Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 ½ oz. Pineapple Juice
  • ¼ oz. Grenadine
  • Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Start by filling a cocktail shaker halfway with some ice.
  • Pour in 1 ½ ounces of vanilla vodka and pineapple juice.
  • Shake all the ingredients vigorously for 15 seconds until the mixture is cold.
  • Strain the drink before pouring it into the shot glass. Make sure there is no pulp of pineapple visible in the shot glass.
  • After this, slowly pour a tiny splash of grenadine into the shot glass. Use a bar spoon to pour the grenadine.
  • You will notice that the grenadine sits at the bottom of the drink without mixing with the other ingredients.
  • Garnish the drink with cherries. Just split the cherry with the help of a knife and place it over the glass rim.
  • Your pineapple upside-down cake shot is ready to be served.
