13 ounces White Chocolate 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil 10 no. Candy Cane
Line two baking trays with parchment paper and keep aside.
Add the candy cane to a plastic bag and wrap it up; break the candy cane with a rolling pin until it forms little pieces.
In a large, heat-proof bowl, add the white chocolate and place it over a saucepan with hot water, also called a double boiler.
Let the chocolate melt completely, then take the bowl off the heat and add in the vegetable oil. Stir it all with a silicone spatula.
Divide the melted chocolate onto two trays and spread it out with an offset spatula so that the top gets smooth.
Add the crushed candy cane pieces on top and refrigerate the trays for 30-40 minutes.
Take the trays out once the chocolate is set and then break the pieces apart. Store for later or enjoy immediately!
