4 nos. Eggs 1 cup Caster Sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Red Gel Food Color Green Red Food Color Sprinkles
Clean the stand mixer bowl thoroughly, ensuring it is completely dry and has no traces of water or fat in it.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper, place the nozzles in the piping bags and cut off the tips.
Crack eggs in a separate bowl and remove the yolks from the whites.
Add the whites to the stand mixer bowl and whip until they form soft peaks.
Add the caster sugar and whip further until the meringue forms stiff peaks.
Once it forms stiff peaks, divide the meringue into two bowls, add a drop of red food color and green to the other, and mix.
After properly incorporating the color, transfer both colored meringues into piping bags fitted with nozzles.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and start piping out Christmas-oriented shapes with the meringue on the baking trays lined with parchment.
Add some sprinkles on top if you want, and place a lollipop stick at the base.
Bake the meringues for 1.5 - 2 Hours until they are completely dry.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool down for a little while. Then, serve!
