3 Ib Chicken (Roasted) 1 cup Mayonnaise ½ Lemon 2 tablespoons Onion (Chopped) 1 stalk Celery 2 cups Grapes (Red) ½ cup Almonds (Chopped) 2 teaspoons Curry Powder 1 teaspoon Salt (To taste) 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (To taste)
Take a large bowl and add roasted and shredded chicken.
Combine two tablespoons of chopped red onion.
Add one cup of mayonnaise to the bowl.
Throw two cups of halved and seedless grapes into the bowl.
Add finely chopped celery.
Freshly squeeze half the lemon into the bowl.
Season it with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
