1 cup Carrots ½ cup Almond Milk 1 cup Frozen Bananas ½ cup Cashew Butter ¼ cup Rolled Oats ⅛ teaspoon Cinnamon ⅛ teaspoon Nutmeg ⅛ teaspoon Ginger
