Ingredients
  

  • 2 Oranges (juiced)
  • 2 cups Lemonade
  • 8 ounces Champagne
  • 8 ounces Rum
  • 2 large Egg Whites
  • 5-6 drops Lemon Juice
  • 3 cups Sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a punch bowl, combine lemonade, orange juice, Champagne, and rum. Allow the drink mixture to chill for about half an hour.
  • Whip the egg whites and lemon juice in a medium bowl until soft peaks form. Then, gradually beat in the confectioners' sugar in the whipped egg whites.
  • Pour the prepared punch mixture into the ice-filled punch glass. Top with a dollop of meringue, and mix using cocktail stirrers. Your Roman punch cocktail is ready!
