Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Skillet
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 Barbecue Tong
  • 1 Paper Cloth

Ingredients

  • 600 g Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dry Yeast
  • 200 g Butter
  • 400 g Feta Cheese
  • 1 bunch Spinach (minced)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 700 g Warm Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • To prepare the dough, put water, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
  • Slowly add flour to it. Add the salt while adding the flour until it becomes consistent.
  • Knead well and wrap it in a cloth and keep it aside. Once the dough is prepared, break it into small balls.
  • Prepare the filling in the meantime. Add sliced spinach, beef, and garlic in a skillet and cook until brown.
  • Add chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss it in whisked feta cheese. Mix until well combined and keep it aside and allow it to cool.
  • Now sprinkle flour on the counter, and roll the dough balls into thin, flat rounds.
  • Put three tablespoons of the filling onto one half of the dough, fold the other half over the filling, and seal the pancake.
  • Add a little oil to the skillet and cook the pancake until both sides turn brown.
  • Now serve it with your side drinks.
