1 Mixing Bowl
1 Skillet
1 Spatula
1 Knife
1 Rolling Pin
1 Barbecue Tong
1 Paper Cloth
600 g Flour 1 tablespoon Dry Yeast 200 g Butter 400 g Feta Cheese 1 bunch Spinach (minced) 1 clove Garlic (minced) 700 g Warm Water ¼ teaspoon Chili Powder ¼ teaspoon Pepper 1 teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt
To prepare the dough, put water, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
Slowly add flour to it. Add the salt while adding the flour until it becomes consistent.
Knead well and wrap it in a cloth and keep it aside. Once the dough is prepared, break it into small balls.
Prepare the filling in the meantime. Add sliced spinach, beef, and garlic in a skillet and cook until brown.
Add chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss it in whisked feta cheese. Mix until well combined and keep it aside and allow it to cool.
Now sprinkle flour on the counter, and roll the dough balls into thin, flat rounds.
Put three tablespoons of the filling onto one half of the dough, fold the other half over the filling, and seal the pancake.
Add a little oil to the skillet and cook the pancake until both sides turn brown.
Now serve it with your side drinks.
