1/3 cups Milk Powder 3/4 cups Flour 1/4 cups Beef Bouillon Granules 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large bowl, combine the milk powder, flour, beef bouillon granules, salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
Chop the butter into small pieces and add them to the dry ingredients.
Start mixing or rubbing in the butter with your hands, while not apply too much pressure.
Mix till the gravy mix reaches a sand-like grainy texture.
Transfer the mix to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks.
