Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cups Milk Powder
  • 3/4 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cups Beef Bouillon Granules
  • 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the milk powder, flour, beef bouillon granules, salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
  • Chop the butter into small pieces and add them to the dry ingredients.
  • Start mixing or rubbing in the butter with your hands, while not apply too much pressure.
  • Mix till the gravy mix reaches a sand-like grainy texture.
  • Transfer the mix to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks.
