Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast (boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Lime Zest
  • ½ cup Salsa
  • cup Cojita Cheese
  • 2 Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 8 Tortillas
  • ¾ teaspoons Cumin (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (a dash)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, combine cumin, ground pepper, chili powder, and salt in the bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture on the chicken breast.
  • Bake chicken breast in the oven for five minutes.
  • Heat oil in the pan and saute bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and cumin. Now fold in lime zest and some water. Cook for five to six minutes.
  • Now place vegetables and chicken on the tortillas.
  • Top up with salsa and cotija cheese.
  • Oven them for five minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Bobby Flay fajitas are ready.
