Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds Pork Ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
  • 1/4 Brown Sugar
  • 2 Onion
  • 6 Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander (ground)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (a dash)

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, heat olive oil. Cook onions, garlic, and ginger in it for two to three minutes.
  • Add cumin powder, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, ground pepper, coriander powder, black pepper, and nutmeg. Cook for three minutes.
  • Now add tomatoes, their juice, water, brown sugar, tamarind paste, and serrano. Mix well. Cook for thirty to forty minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat. Add cilantro on the top and transfer the mixture to the food processor. Make a smooth BBQ sauce. Season with salt and black pepper. Keep it aside.
  • Preheat the grill pan to medium heat. Brush ribs with oil and season with salt and black pepper. Grill for three hours.
  • Baste them with barbecue sauce every ten minutes.
  • After grilling the ribs, brush them with more barbecue sauce.
  • Bobby Flay BBQ ribs is ready.
