1 1/2 cups Sugar 16 ounces Pumpkin Puree 2 tablespoons Orange Juice 1/8 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
In a saucepan, add the pumpkin puree, orange juice, spices and sugar.
Let this mixture simmer on high heat for 10 minutes, while continuously stirring it with a large spoon.
Once the jam is thick, transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
Once the jam is completely cool, serve with toast or use it to make various desserts!
