Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 16 ounces Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add the pumpkin puree, orange juice, spices and sugar.
  • Let this mixture simmer on high heat for 10 minutes, while continuously stirring it with a large spoon.
  • Once the jam is thick, transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
  • Once the jam is completely cool, serve with toast or use it to make various desserts!
