Ingredients
- 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder

- 1.5 kg Buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
Instructions
- To a large bowl, add sifted, all-purpose flour.
- Add baking powder and baking soda to the flour mixture, along with the salt.
- Pour in the buttermilk and mix it up.
- Add chunks of cold butter to all of this.
- Mix it up, and your dough is ready.
- Roll out the dough, cut squares, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment.
- Brush the tops with heavy cream and sprinkle some black pepper powder.
- Bake the biscuits at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, then brush the tops with melted butter. Your buttermilk biscuits are ready!
