- 24 Pieces Shrimp
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 3 Garlic
- 1.5 Tablespoon Ancho chili powder
- 3 Tablespoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (a pinch)
Mix oil, thyme, ancho powder, and chopped garlic in a bowl. Skewer the shrimp and place it in the bowl for marinade.
Heat oil in the pan and cook garlic slices until golden brown. Put them aside.
Now heat oil in the grill pan on high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade and cook on the grill pan for two minutes per side.
Once cooked, remove shrimp from the skewers and transfer it to the platter.
Serve with cooked garlic slices and season with thyme and oregano.
Grilled shrimp is ready.
