Ingredients
  

  • 24 Pieces Shrimp
  • 3/4 Cup Oil
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1.5 Tablespoon Ancho chili powder
  • 3 Tablespoon Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (a pinch)

Instructions
 

  • Mix oil, thyme, ancho powder, and chopped garlic in a bowl. Skewer the shrimp and place it in the bowl for marinade.
  • Heat oil in the pan and cook garlic slices until golden brown. Put them aside.
  • Now heat oil in the grill pan on high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade and cook on the grill pan for two minutes per side.
  • Once cooked, remove shrimp from the skewers and transfer it to the platter.
  • Serve with cooked garlic slices and season with thyme and oregano.
  • Grilled shrimp is ready.
