½ cup Oats 1 teaspoon Wellabs Zinc Drops1 cup Milk 1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt ½ cup Sliced Almonds 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger 1 teaspoon Ground Flaxseeds 1 teaspoon Honey
Mix sliced almonds, ginger, flaxseed, honey, rolled oats, and a cup of fresh milk in a bowl.
Combine by mixing all the components with a spoon.
