For Pan-Fried Blue Oyster Mushrooms

  • ½ cup Blue Oyster Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 1 tablespoons Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

For Blue Oyster Mushroom Stroganoff

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • ½ cup Blue Oyster Mushrooms
  • ½ cup Chestnut Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine
  • ½ cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Crème Fraiche
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon

Roasted Blue Oyster Mushrooms

  • ½ cup Blue Oyster Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Blue Oyster Mushrooms Sandwich

  • ½ cup Bell Peppers
  • ½ cup Yellow Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Blue Oyster Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Loaf Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 sprigs Lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • teaspoon Smoked paprika

Creamy Blue Oyster Mushrooms Soup

  • ½ cup Blue Oyster Mushrooms
  • ½ cup Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoons Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • ½ cup Mushroom Stock
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Plain Flour

Instructions
 

For Pan-Fried Blue Oyster Mushrooms 

  • Preheat the skillet or any frying pan.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Add blue oyster mushrooms and minced garlic to the pan and let them squeak.
  • Cook the mushrooms until they are soft.
  • Keep frequently stirring until the mushrooms are roasted.
  • Once the mushrooms are caramelized, add a splash of rice vinegar and soy sauce.
  • After 2 minutes, add sesame oil and seeds.
  • Stir in for another 2 minutes, and the pan-fried blue oyster mushrooms will be ready in no time.
  • Serve and enjoy!

For Blue Oyster Mushrooms Stroganoff

  • Add a tablespoon of olive oil and butter to the preheated saucepan.
  • Sauté the onions and garlic for 5 minutes until it is translucent.
  • Finely chop both oyster and chestnut mushrooms into normal size.
  • Put the mushrooms in the pan and let them cook with the onions.
  • Sprinkle a teaspoon of smoked paprika, then add flour and coat the mushrooms evenly.
  • Deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine and emulsify all the flavors.
  • Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Further, add half a cup of vegetable broth and cook until it thickens.

  • Gently rinse the blue oyster mushrooms with water.
  • Wipe them with a paper towel and chop them off to discard the dirty and tough stem of the mushrooms.
  • Slice them into equal-sized pieces.
  • Preheat the olive oil in a skillet and add the mushrooms.
  • Roast the mushrooms over medium heat.
  • Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt and black pepper on the mushrooms.
  • Keep flipping the mushrooms to cook on both sides.
  • Roast the blue oyster mushrooms until they are crispy and golden brown.

For Blue Oyster Mushrooms Sandwich

  • Take a skillet to roast the oyster mushrooms.
  • Drizzle a splash of olive oil into the skillet.
  • Roast the mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Sauté the shallots using vegan butter. Then add shiitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms to the soup.
  • Cook the mushrooms until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Moving forward, add thyme and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add flour and mushroom stock to the skillet and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Simmer the blue oyster soup for 5 minutes until it is thickened.
  • Finally, add half a cup of coconut milk to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Bring it to a boil until the creamy texture and the soup is thickened.
  • Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt and pepper on the top.
  • Serve the creamy blue oyster mushroom soup with croutons or other crusty bread slices.
