Gordon Ramsay's Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese is an Italian pasta meal prepared with spaghetti and Bolognese meat sauce. The sauce is prepared with minced meat, herbs, onions, carrots, garlic, and wine, topped with parmesan.

01) ½ pound Ground Beef

04) 2 tbsp Oil

02) ½ cup Whole Milk

03) 1 Onion

05) 1 Carrot

06) 2 Garlic (Cloves)

08) 2 tbsp Red Wine

10) – 1 tsp Salt & Black Pepper

09) ½ cup Canned Tomatoes

07) 2 tbsp Tomato Puree

Cook the pasta

01.

Take a stock pan filled with water and cook spaghetti until al Dante.

Grate the veggies

Next, grate some carrots, onions, and garlic.

Heat the veggies

Heat oil in the pan, and add your grated onions and carrots.

Sauté the ingredients

Sauté your onion, carrot, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and some oregano.

Add tomato puree

Further, add tomato puree into the sauteed mixture.

Add beef and red wine

Now add ground beef, canned tomatoes and red wine to it. Mix everything well and then add some whole milk as well.

Your sauce is ready

Let it simmer for 30 minutes until your bolognese sauce is cooked. Garnish the Bolognese sauce with your favorite toppings and serve to enjoy.

Assemble & enjoy

Place the cooked spaghetti on the plate and pour the Bolognese sauce over the pasta. Your Gordon Ramsay-style Spaghetti Bolognese is ready.
