Gordon Ramsay Peruvian Chicken 

(Baking & Grilling Method)

For Chicken – Chicken – Lemon – Olive Oil – Garlic Cloves (minced) – Soy Sauce – Ground Cumin – Paprika – Freshly Ground Black Pepper – Dried Oregano – Kosher Salt For Green Sauce – Mayonnaise – Yogurt – Olive Oil – Cilantro Leaves with Tender Stem – Jalapeno (chopped) – Garlic Clove (minced) – Fresh Lime Juice – Kosher Salt

INGREDIENTS

Mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, soy sauce, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.

Now, slit the chicken and marinate it in the mixture.

Meanwhile, prepare the green sauce by blending mayonnaise, green chili, yogurt, garlic and cilantro

Either, you can roast chicken pieces on a greased baking tray.

Or, you can also grill them in the skillet.

Squeeze lemon and serve.
