Gordon Ramsay’s Chicken Thigh  

Red Pepper

Sichuan Peppercorn

Soy Sauce 

Shaoxing Wine

Rice Vinegar

Spring Onions

Chicken Thigh

Black Pepper

Garlic

Ginger

Orange Zest

Salt

Mix chicken thighs with soy sauce, rice vinegar and Shaoxing wine.

Grate and add orange zest. Marinate.

Heat oil. Saute ginger and garlic.

Now, add spring onion, chili flakes and peppercorns.

Then, add the chicken.

Mix soy sauce. Cook for 30 min.

Season with black pepper and salt.

Garnish and serve.
