Ingredients
Take a saucepan, add 200 grams of butter and let it melt.
Then, add a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt, and mix it well.
Further add water and half a cup of refined flour.
Combine everything nicely until you achieve a dough-like batter. Remove the saucepan when you achieve the desired consistency.
Moving forward, beat three eggs in the batter and whisk it evenly. The batter mix should neither be too thick nor too sloppy.
Keep the piping bag on the glass and pour the batter mixture into it.
Now heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium flame.
Pour the funnel cake into spiral-shaped cake and let it fry.
Finally, when the funnel cake is fried to perfection, garnish it with some powdered sugar and freshly chopped strawberries.
