Gregg’s Pizza

–  Crushed Tomatoes –  Tomato Paste –  Sugar –  Sea Salt –  Garlic Powder –  Red Pepper –  Black Pepper –  Oregano –  Basil

Ingredients

Take a bowl and combine all the dry ingredients like bread flour, oregano, onion, garlic, and parsley. Add the activated yeast as well to the dough mixture. Knead the dough and keep it aside to rest for 2 hours.

Then, prepare the pizza sauce by first heating the oil in the saucepan.

Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for a few seconds.

Further, add all the spices like sugar, salt, garlic powder, red pepper, black pepper, oregano, and basil.

At last, add tomato paste and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

After the resting period is over, roll out the dough in rectangular-shape to follow the further steps.

Slather a tablespoon of pizza sauce on the rolled out dough.

Finally, top it up with pepperoni slices and grated mozzarella cheese. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
