– Risotto Rice – Onion – Celery – Shiitake Mushroom – Porcini Mushroom – White Wine – Parmesan – Olive Oil – Vegetable Stock – Butter – Lemon – Salt – Pepper – Parsley

Ingredients
Add chopped garlic and olive oil to a pan and saute.
Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and saute.
Add pepper and wine to the mushrooms and keep stirring.
Add salt to the mushrooms while cooking on medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and celery to the mushrooms and cook further.
Finish by adding some chopped parsley.
Add the risotto rice to the mix.
Add stock to the mixture, one ladle at a time, and keep cooking.
Once the risotto is cooked, garnish with more chopped parsley and salt and pepper.
