Cook Time: 30 Min
Boil a large pot of water containing a pinch of salt over high heat.
Add the uncooked pasta to the pan of boiling salted water and cook it until al dente, reserving a mugful of pasta water later.
Meanwhile, saute peeled garlic in a large frying pan with half a tablespoon of olive oil.
Now, add mixed mushrooms and cook for a minute until browned. Then, season it with salt and pepper and cook for another few minutes.
Toss the drained pasta into the pan.
Splash reserved pasta water into the pan.
Stir in crème fraiche.
Finish this dish with grated parmesan cheese.
