Place a large skillet on the stove or induction to prepare the burrito mixture.

Add the minced sausage to the skillet greased with oil.

Further, add chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies and cook until you see the color of veggies changing.

Then, add egg yolks to the skillet and combine it evenly with the sausage mixture.
