  • Avocado – Avocado is the other vital ingredient in this recipe, of course. Here, to get four portions of this delicious sandwich, you will actually need only one avocado. Hass avocados are the best choice, as they have a bold flavor and also are very readily available. However, in case you get your hands on Gwen or reed avocados, they will work well, too, considering their slightly bold flavor.

Here, start off by slicing the onions and marinating them in the apple cider vinegar and two tablespoons of water for about 15 minutes. 

Next, slice the turkey, in case it isn’t carved, along with the tomatoes. Lastly, pit the avocado, remove the flesh and mix it with the greek yogurt to form a spread. It’s completely fine if the spread is chunky. Also, toast your bread in either a skillet with some butter or in a toaster. Your Mise-En-Place is done!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces Turkey Slices
  • 1 no. Avocado
  • 8 slices Whole Grain Bread
  • 8 leaves Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Red Onion (sliced)
