- In a bowl add 2.5 cups of cake flour, baking soda and baking powder both a tsp, cumin powder and salt as hinted above. Then mix the grated carrots in it. Beat about 3 eggs and mix them in it. Add sugar and brown sugar1.5 cups and ¼ cups respectively. Add ¾ cup yogurt to it and mix thoroughly. Now add ½ cup oil and nutmeg powder to it. Mix it well.
- Now pre-heat the oven at 180⁰ Put the above batter in a microwave bowl; place the bowl in the pre heated oven. Bake it for 1 to 1.5 hours. Keep checking. Now cool it, apply cream and carrot slices on the top. Serve cold.
