  1. In a bowl, add the wheat, rice, sorghum, pearl millet, chickpea, and black gram flour.
  2. Now, add chopped onions, chilies, salt, and turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder to it.
  3. Now, add 2 teaspoons of oil and enough water to it. Mix it to make the dough.
  4. Make small balls of the dough. Put butter paper on a surface and place one ball on it.
  5. Flatten the dough ball using your hands until it is flat, thin, and round.
  6. On a preheated pan, add oil and put the flat dough on it. Cover it and cook each side for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
  7. When the thalipeeth is cooked, transfer it to a plate and serve hot.
