|Meetha soda||¼ tsp|
Meetha soda is used in order to clean the syrup and hence provide a healthier and trusted sweetness.
How to Make your own Sugar Syrup for Drinks and Desserts | Recipe:
- In a pre heated pan add sugar, water and meetha soda.
- Stir it well.
- Cook it till it gives a thick texture.
- You can also put honey instead of sugar to make a golden delightful pour of honey to make a delicious cake.
Now pour it in a bowl and allow it too cool. All sweets are hence added to this SWEET SUGAR SYRUP and taste the heavenly sweetness that just changes your life.
Brown sugar shortcakes, Agra Petha, Balushahi, Bundi, Ghevar, Gulab Jamun, Imarti, Jalebi, Rasgulla and Mohan Thaal are some of the sugar syrup based desserts commonly found in India. We added sugar syrup in Honeycomb Cake, Malpua and Chocolate Pancake.
