  4. When the water is fully evaporated, sugar starts crystallizing and leaves a syrup- like coating on the almonds.
  5. Now raise the temperature a bit so the almonds get a shiny brew color.
  6. Pour the almonds onto a baking sheet and separate each piece using fork and let it cool down.
