  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F and in the centre of the rack of the oven, apply butter.
  2. In a large bowl add eggs, milk, half-and-half, cayenne, pepper, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk them properly.
  3. Into the egg mixture fold shredded cheese, bread, greens, and meat. Place them into the baking dish and pour the remaining cheese over them.
  4. Leave the folds for 15 minutes, to set.
  5. Cover the folds with foil and bake for 35 minutes, bake until it will turn golden brown.
  6. After the baking process cools it for 15 minutes.
