  1. Heat oil in a medium-sized pan and add onion and green onion.
  2. Cook them gently until it becomes light golden yellow.
  3. Then remove it from the flame and keep it aside.
  4. Take a bowl, whisk the eggs and then add ricotta and give it a quick mix.
  5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and then add the fresh herbs and cooked onion.
  6. Again heat the same pan and add butter in it.
  7. Once it will get melt, pour the complete mixture of eggs in the pan.
  8. When the mixture starts to set, with the help of turner or spatula, ease it away from the sides. It makes your task easy for the end.
  9. Cook it gently to make frittata set completely.
  10. Once it gets cooked, take it out from the pan and let it sit for hardly 5 minutes.
  11. Cut it into small sizes or pieces.
