Ingredients for Pudina (Mint) Leaves Chutney:
|Finely chopped mint leaves||½ cup|
|Finely chopped coriander leaves||1 cup|
|Chopped green chilies||2 units|
|Ginger||1 small unit|
|Lemon juice||1 tsp|
How to Make Spicy Indian Pudina (Mint) Leaves Chutney for Side-Dish and Toppings | Recipe:
- Take garlic, ginger, sugar and salt in a grinder.
- Grind them until medium coarse texture.
- Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and water to it.
- Grind it until a smooth texture desired is derived.
Serve it with yummy food, mix in veggie individually, use with different kinds of sandwiches, also used with Chaat, Pakodas, Samosa and Khaman Dhokla. It can be used with other Indian snacks and a nice invigorating condiment for lunch or dinner.
