To prepare Spanish sangria at home, chill the fruits, wine, rum and orange juice. In a glass pitcher, add sliced lemon, lime and orange. Pour in rum and sugar and let it infuse all the flavors. Place it in the fridge. When ready to serve, add wine and orange juice.

Equipment

  • Glass Pitcher

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 ½ cups Rum
  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • 1 Bottle Dry Red Wine
  • 1 cup Orange Juice

Instructions
 

  • Place rum, fruits, wine and orange juice in the fridge to get them chilled.
  • Till then, slice lemon, lime and orange into thin rounds. Take a glass pitcher and place them in it. Pour rum and sugar in it.
  • Chill this in the fridge for 2 hours to infuse the flavours.
  • As it gets ready, crush the fruits with a wooden spoon. Pour in wine and orange juice.
  • Serve chilled.
